No Insurance? We Have a Plan for That!
Our Preventive Dental Club is an in-house membership plan for patients without insurance, offering monthly options built around your needs :
- Adult membership — $39 per month, covering up to two cleanings, two exams, necessary x-rays, fluoride, up to two emergency exams per year, and 20% off additional treatments.
- Child membership — For ages 12 and younger; $29 per month, with the same coverage as the adult membership.
- Periodontal membership — from $49 to $69 per month depending on the required number of periodontal cleanings.
We also offer a new patient initial visit, which comes with a one-time $99 initial visit fee (with a 12-month commitment) and your choice of a Sonicare™ electric toothbrush or Opalescence™ bleaching trays
